Prerna Gupta

Prerna Gupta, MBA, is a strategic data leader currently serving as the Senior Manager of Governance, Service Excellence at RTX, where they build and execute governance frameworks across multiple domains. Previously, they held roles at United Technologies, where they enhanced HR data strategy and quality management during significant mergers, and they also developed reporting solutions crucial for executive decision-making. Prerna holds an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Panjab University. Additionally, they have contributed to curriculum development as an Advisory Board Member for the Design Thinking Executive Program at UC Riverside.
