Rachel Luong

Rachel Luong is a Manufacturing Engineer II at Raytheon Technologies, where responsibilities include managing RF subassemblies, supporting production with SAP systems, and conducting root cause analysis to minimize nonconformances. Previously, Rachel worked as a System Engineer at Raytheon, developing maintenance manuals and training new writers. Experience as an Engineering Intern at Newport News Shipbuilding involved creating a document control system, while roles as Documentation Chair for the Formula Society of Automotive Engineers and various teaching positions enhanced organizational and instructional skills. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston and is currently pursuing further education at The Johns Hopkins University.
