Randy Bumps

Randy Bumps is currently the Chief of Staff to the Chairman & CEO at RTX, where they also lead Executive and Employee Communications, Public Affairs, and Global Corporate Social Responsibility. Additionally, they serve as the Head of Public Relations & Global Affairs Center of Expertise at Raytheon Technologies. Their previous roles include Executive Director at Bush-Cheney '04 and Regional Political Director at the Republican National Committee, among others. Randy earned a B.A. in Political Science from Bates College in 1995.
