Ray Crossley

Ray Crossley has extensive experience in change management and organizational transformation, notably at Raytheon Technologies since 2012, where roles have included Senior Manager, Interim Director, and currently Associate Director of Operations. In this position, Ray leads several teams in change management services, overseeing daily operations and managing a $30 million budget while focusing on efficiencies and optimization. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Change Management Consultant at IBM/PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1998 to 2006, where Ray provided change management services to a diverse global client base. Ray holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from SUNY Polytechnic Institute.
