Reginald Mayo, P.E. (AZ, TX, MA), CSEP, CRE, PMP, CSM, is currently a Senior Engineering Fellow and Chief Engineer at Raytheon. With a background in engineering and management, they have successfully led numerous teams and initiatives aimed at improving design, manufacturing, and system-level support. Reginald's expertise includes reliability engineering, project management, and defect reduction, as demonstrated through their leadership roles at Halliburton and Raytheon. A U.S. Army veteran, they served in the Chemical Corps and received several commendations for their service. Reginald holds a Master's of Science in Software Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston.
