Renee Evans has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Consulting HR Generalist and Principal Human Resources Generalist at Raytheon Technologies since January 2015. Prior to this, Renee held various HR roles at Raytheon from October 2007 to January 2015, including Principal HR Generalist and HR Generalist, where responsibilities included leading a project team to develop an HR shared services model and creating an Affirmative Action Plan (AAP). Additional experience includes serving as an Employee Relations, Compliance and Diversity Partner and as an HR Specialist/Recruiting Coordinator for Raytheon IIS. Renee holds a B.S. in Sociology and Psychology from Virginia Tech, earned between 2003 and 2007.
