Renee Morrell

Renee Morrell is an Associate Director in Transactions and Regulatory Affairs with extensive experience in managing complex corporate governance transactions, including M&A and multi-jurisdictional regulatory filings. Previously, Renee held roles at United Technologies, where they specialized in antitrust and regulatory work, and at Raytheon Technologies as a Senior Manager. In earlier career phases, Renee worked in various legal capacities, including as a Litigation Paralegal and Legal Assistant in personal injury and family law. Renee earned a Bachelor's Degree in Justice Studies from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate Degree in Legal Studies from Manchester Community College. In their personal time, they are passionate about health and fitness, enjoying activities such as running, cycling, hiking, and weight training.
