Richard Anderson

Richard Anderson is an accomplished leader in aerospace and defense with extensive experience in program management and business operations. At Raytheon Technologies, Richard matured program management execution and led the transformation to the Collins Management System across 35 global sites. Prior roles include consulting for New Discovery Aerospace & Defense, serving as Sr. Director at L3 Technologies, and transforming program management culture at Astronautics Corporation of America. Richard spearheaded significant improvements in performance metrics at Eaton Corporation's Aerospace Group and played a critical role in integrating a $500M acquisition at Honeywell. Richard holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
