Richard Mitchell

Richard Mitchell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in aerospace and defense, holding the position of Contracts & Legal Lead at Raytheon Technologies since September 2018. Previously, Richard served as Founder and Vice President of Operations and General Counsel at Manufacturing Operations Leadership, providing consulting services, and held similar roles at Bauer, Inc. and Beacon Industries, Inc., where legal oversight and business process realignment were key responsibilities. At Thales Broadcast & Multimedia, Richard advanced through various leadership positions, overseeing operations and strategic market positioning in the Wireless Division. Richard earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and a Juris Doctor in Commercial Law & Intellectual Property from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
