Rick Erausquin

Rick Erausquin is currently an Engineering Fellow and Technology Area Lead at Raytheon Technologies, where they have rapidly ascended to leadership positions. With a proven ability to tackle challenges through logic and problem-solving, they specialize in advanced technologies, systems engineering, and program management. Previously, Rick held various engineering roles at Raytheon and served as an intern and engineer at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. Rick earned both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree from Purdue University, further solidifying their expertise in the technical field.
