Ron Carvalho

Ron Carvalho is the Associate Director of Engineering at RTX Advanced Technology Programs, with over 25 years of leadership in advanced technology sensor development and the tactical employment of ISR platforms. Previously, they served as Deputy Program Manager at Naval Air Systems Command and as Program Manager at Northrop Grumman and BAE Systems, where they focused on time critical targeting and sensor processing. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Penn State University and the Naval Postgraduate School, respectively. They are also a patent holder in mission autonomy and antenna designs for undersea vehicles.
