Roy Seegobin, MBA, is the IPT Lead for the PW4000 Program at Raytheon Technologies, where they have worked since 2022. Previously, they served as the IPT Lead for the PW1400G Program at Raytheon Technologies from 2021 to 2022 and as an Integration Engineer at Pratt & Whitney from 2009 to 2015. Roy began their career as a Drafter at Aerotek Aviation Engineering and later at Pratt & Whitney. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Management and Engineering for Manufacturing at the University of Connecticut and hold an MBA in Business Analytics from Central Connecticut State University.
