Ruben Castillo is a dedicated finance student pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Finance at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, expected to graduate in May 2025. Currently serving as a Program Cost Controls Analyst at RTX and a returning Summer Analyst, Ruben also actively participates in the UMass Finance Society, contributing to workshops and market discussions. Previous roles include working as a Crew Member at Whitmore Cafe and as Floor Staff at 114 Liquors, where Ruben honed communication skills and customer service. Additional experience includes an Inventory Associate position at Down Right Merchandise and a Seasonal Sales Associate role at Best Buy. Ruben will expand international academic experience through a semester at Florence University of the Arts in early 2024.
