Russ Duren is an Engineering Fellow at Raytheon, with expertise in aerospace and avionics system design, optimization of legacy systems, and fault-tolerant systems. Duren has served as a Technical Fellow at RTX since 2013 and has been a consultant for Russ Duren & Associates since 1996. Prior experience includes leading engineering teams for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics on projects like the F-22 and teaching as an Associate Professor at both Baylor University and the Naval Postgraduate School. Duren holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and both a PhD and MS in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University.
