Ruz Patel, M.T.D, is an HR Compliance Leader with expertise in ethical AI in HR, AI governance, and responsible tech. Having held various roles at RTX from 2015 to 2018, Ruz advanced through positions including Director of Employee & Labor Relations and Director of Global HR Shared Services Operations. Prior to that, Ruz worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and as a Human Resources Manager at MotorCity Casino Hotel. Ruz holds a Master’s degree in Training and Development from Oakland University and an Executive Certificate in Human Resource Leadership from Cornell University.
