Ryan Dillon is an experienced supply chain executive currently serving as the Executive Director of Product Supply Chain at RTX since 2025. Previously, Ryan held several key roles at Carrier, including Sr. Director of Commercial HVAC Supply Chain and Global Category Manager. Ryan began their career with a B.S. in Supply Chain & Information Systems from Penn State University in 2006, and has also worked for companies such as Rolls-Royce, American Airlines, and Unilever. Additionally, in 2024, Ryan completed a thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail, covering 2,200 miles.
