Ryan Serksnas

Ryan Serksnas is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Senior Manager of Identity Access Management at RTX since February 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Pratt & Whitney as a Digital Technology Manager, where responsibilities encompassed leading the implementation of an integrated SAP multi-carrier shipping solution and managing EDI messaging platforms. Additional experience includes positions at Otis Elevator Co. and UTC Aerospace Systems, where Ryan honed skills in project management, mobile applications, and network implementation. Ryan holds an MBA in Business Analytics from Quinnipiac University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Connecticut.
