Ryan Watson

Ryan Watson currently serves as the Executive Director of Product Supply Chain at RTX, a role assumed in September 2023. Prior to this position, Ryan held several senior leadership roles at Carrier, including Sr Director of Residential and Light Commercial Supply Chain and Sr Director of Supply Chain Transformation. Ryan's experience also includes serving as VP of Engineering Operations at Belcan, overseeing a substantial organization with a focus on integrating technical and business operations across multiple sites. Ryan's earlier career features positions in procurement and supply chain management with companies such as MassMutual Financial Group and UTC Aerospace Systems. Academically, Ryan Watson holds an MS in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University, an MBA in Business from Western New England University, and a BSBA in Marketing Communications from Western New England University.
