Samuel Wiley is currently a Senior Manager of Program Operations at RTX, where they leverage extensive experience in engineering and operations management. Previously, they served as Operations Manager and Operations Engineer II at Raytheon Technologies, supervising complex production lines and leading team initiatives. Samuel was also a Varsity Athlete and Captain of the Bucknell Men's Crew team, where they facilitated communication and logistics for over 30 athletes. They co-founded Thunderstruck Studios, LLC, creating unique furniture designs, and led outdoor education programs at Bucknell University. Samuel holds a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from Tufts University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Management for Engineers from Bucknell University.
