Sarah Valenti is currently the Director of the General Legal, DPA Compliance Program Office at RTX, where they work to ensure the company meets its obligations with the DOJ and SEC. Previously, they served as Assistant General Counsel at Collins Aerospace, providing strategic legal support to the Avionics business unit, and as Litigation Associate at Sidley Austin LLP, where they represented government contractors in complex legal matters. Sarah also held positions at the Teacher Retirement System of Texas and the U.S. Department of Justice, handling a variety of legal issues and receiving multiple awards for their contributions. They earned their JD from Rutgers University School of Law and a BA in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Penn State University.
