Seth Wiley

Seth Wiley is a Systems Engineer I at RTX, beginning in January 2024, with a Bachelor of Science in Automotive Engineering Technology from Arizona State University, where education was completed in May 2023. Previously, Seth served as a Peer Mentor at Arizona State University, advising over 600 students on class scheduling and events, and played a key role in setting up the E2 Engineering Camp for incoming first-year students. Prior experience includes positions at Home Depot in Tool Rental, where Seth managed $500,000 of tool inventory and performed maintenance, and as a Cashier, focusing on sales and customer service. Seth also participated in the Scottsdale Mayor's Youth Council, collaborating with peers to enhance the lives of teenagers in the community.
