Shandra Stout

Shandra Stout is an Associate General Counsel at RTX, where they support the Corporate Transactions team in M&A activities. They have extensive experience managing all aspects of M&A transactions, including diligence, deal negotiations, and post-closing integration. Prior to their current role, Stout was the business unit legal lead for significant acquisitions at Collins Aerospace and Heartland Payment Systems, contributing to multiple high-value mergers and regulatory approvals. Their legal career also includes a foundation at Womble Carlyle, where they played key roles in drafting and negotiating global acquisitions. Stout holds a JD from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree from Colorado State University.
