Shari Pletta

Shari (Finn) Pletta is currently the Director of Program Management at Raytheon Technologies, where they lead the development and sustainment of US and international early warning radar systems. With a background in engineering management, Shari has amassed extensive experience in product development, manufacturing, and program management. They previously held various roles at Ford Motor Company and Raytheon, including Engineering Supervisor and Program Integration Coordination & Control Manager. Shari earned an MBA in General Management from Boston University and a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, they are a Ford certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a Raytheon Six Sigma Specialist.
