Sharon Blaha is an executive leader with over 20 years of experience in strategy development and analysis, currently serving as the Executive Director of Technology Strategy at RTX. Previously, Sharon held various roles at Raytheon, including Director of Corporate Strategy, and has contributed as a Board Member for Aspire! Afterschool Learning. Sharon earned an MBA from the University of Arizona and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
