Shaun Compton

Shaun Compton, PMP, is an experienced Engineering Manager and Quality Manager currently serving as the Associate Director of Quality at RTX. With a strong background in Quality Management, New Product Introduction, and continuous improvement, Shaun has effectively directed teams and managed projects across multiple global sites, including a two-year expatriate assignment in Taiwan. Shaun has held key roles at Micron Technology and Raytheon Technologies, where they led cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards while fostering innovative solutions. Shaun is pursuing multiple degrees in the fields of General Studies, Humanities, and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah and Weber State University.
