Shawn Amador is a Sr. Manager in Enterprise Customer Quality with a commitment to fostering a quality-focused environment that meets customer needs. With more than 15 years of experience in the aerospace MRO and defense manufacturing sectors, Shawn has held key positions at RTX and Collins Aerospace, including roles as Senior Quality Engineer and Mission Assurance Lead. Shawn is currently pursuing an Associate of Arts degree at Tarrant County College, a Bachelor of Science at The University of Texas at Arlington, and a Master of Business Administration at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
