Shawn Barrett

Shawn Barrett is the Associate Director of Factory Engineering at Raytheon Technologies, where they lead a team dedicated to the development and production of advanced defense systems. With a background in plant and operations management, Shawn has held increasingly responsible positions across various sectors, including defense and automotive. They founded Barrett Business Acquisitions, growing the company to 75 employees and achieving multi-million dollar sales before selling it in 2017. Shawn's experience includes managing large teams and implementing process improvements that have resulted in significant cost savings and operational efficiencies. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University in 1988.
