Shawn Otto

Shawn Otto has extensive experience in military and civilian leadership roles, beginning with service in the US Navy from 1991 to 1994, where accomplishments included leading as an Instructor at the Electronics Technician Maintenance School and serving as Information Systems Security Officer on the USS ENTERPRISE. In the Virginia Army National Guard, Shawn held various positions, including Operations and Training Officer and Chief, Directorate of Personnel. Subsequent civilian positions include Senior Manager at Raytheon Intelligence & Space and Associate Director at Raytheon Technologies, focusing on implementing Scaled Agile methodologies.
