Shreyas Dixit is an Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP) associate at RTX from August 2023 to May 2025, selected as one of five associates from India by the CTO's office for this global rotational leadership program. Previously, Shreyas served as a Lead Engineer at Bajaj Auto Ltd for a brief period in May 2022 and contributed to automation improvements during the Summer Research Intern Octane Program.
