Silvica Vlad is a seasoned finance professional and leadership consultant with extensive experience in financial management and training. Currently serving as a Finance Manager at Raytheon Technologies, Silvica oversees monthly financial operations for a product line associated with commercial and government contracts, managing P&L and strategic budget planning. As the founder of 3CL Consulting, Silvica has developed online leadership programs and conducted training sessions to enhance personal development for future leaders. Previous roles include Finance Lead at Raytheon, where financial performance for international programs was ensured, and part-time faculty at UC San Diego’s Rady School of Management, facilitating courses for Fortune 500 companies. With a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from Cal State Fullerton, Silvica is pursuing an MBA at California Baptist University.
