Simon Wong

Simon Wong is an engineering leader with experience in both the defense and commercial sectors. They built and scaled an 8-member research team at Northrop Grumman, managed significant budgets, and created value-added strategies for DoD programs. As the Director of Software Engineering at Omaze, they led a global team of 50, revamped the engineering department, and applied Agile process improvements. Currently, Simon serves as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at RTX. Additionally, they are the founder and CTO of Critical Hit Technologies, focusing on IoT and mobile user experience. Simon holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles, and was an MS candidate in Computer Science at the same institution.
