Stephanie Homa

Stephanie Homa is the Associate Director of Business Process Transformation at RTX, where they drive business process transformation for the SAP S/4HANA initiative in the area of Opportunity to Cash. Previously, they served as the Global Information Technology Director for Salesforce Solutions at Lincoln Electric, overseeing global IT programs across various business units. Stephanie began their career as an SAP Systems Analyst at Demag Cranes and Components and has held multiple leadership roles in IT, focusing on implementing solutions in SAP and Salesforce technologies. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Marietta College and an MBA in Business Administration from John Carroll University.
