Stephanie Kotsios

Stephanie Kotsios is currently the Associate Director of Contracts at Raytheon Technologies, a position they have held since 2023. They have extensive experience in contract management, having previously served as a Senior Manager and Manager of Program Contracts at the same company, as well as in similar roles at Raytheon and Chemring Energetic Devices. Stephanie began their career at Radco Industries, where they held various positions, including Military Program Manager and Contract Manager. They earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from Northern Illinois University.
