Stephanie Rash

Stephanie Rash, MBA, ACC, is a triple certified executive coach and professional speaker who empowers professionals with effective communication and influence skills. Currently serving as the Associate Director and Senior Manager at RTX since 2016, Stephanie employs a coaching leadership style to mentor team members and negotiate multi-million dollar contracts. Previously, they held significant positions at companies like Lockheed Martin and L-3 Communications, where they excelled in contract negotiations and project management. Stephanie is also the President and CEO of GROWGOOD Coaching and is pursuing a BBA in International Business, an MBA in Strategy & Entrepreneurship, and a Master of Arts in Dispute Resolution.
