Stephen Connor

Stephen Connor is an accomplished manager and financial expert with extensive experience in the defense industry, currently serving as Manager II for Budgets and Rates in Global Mobility Solutions at Raytheon Technologies since January 2020. With a strong background in program management, financial analysis, and earned value management, Stephen has effectively led initiatives to support merger activities and address compliance audits.
