Stephen Noone

Stephen Noone is a seasoned supply chain executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Supply Chain at RTX since October 2022, Stephen oversees operations at Collins Aerospace, a subsidiary of RTX. Prior to this, Stephen held senior director positions at Carrier, focusing on Fire & Security and Commercial HVAC supply chains, and received a Chairman’s Award for a hedging strategy. With a decade of experience at United Technologies in various management roles across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Corporate Strategy & Development, Stephen also completed finance internships at AAR and a research position at Eli Lilly and Company. Educational credentials include an MBA in Strategy and Consulting from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BS in Finance and Spanish from Purdue University, supplemented by a study abroad program at Universidad de Sevilla.
