Steve Mantia

Steve Mantia, CISSP, currently serves as the Hosted Services Product Owner and Service Desk Owner at RTX, where responsibilities include leading incident response efforts for major outages and developing strategic roadmaps for infrastructure improvements. With prior experience as the DT Section Manager at Raytheon, Steve supervised a national team, promoted collaboration, and led IT operations in secure environments. As a Digital Technology Program Lead, management of IT resources and compliance with security protocols were key focuses. Steve's extensive technical background includes roles as a Principal System Administrator at Raytheon, Senior System Administrator at BAE Systems, and System Administrator at MIT Lincoln Laboratory. Steve holds a Master of Science in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism, a Master of Science in Technological Entrepreneurship, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering Technology, all from Northeastern University.
