Steven Carson is currently the Tech Director for OTH Radar at Raytheon Technologies, a position held since 2023. Previously, they served as a Senior Principal Electrical Engineer at Leidos from 2022 to 2023, and they were a Principal Systems Engineer at Pacific Defense from 2020 to 2022. Carson also held notable roles as a Senior Engineering Fellow at Raytheon from 2014 to 2020 and as a Technical Fellow at SAIC from 1995 to 2014. They attained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in electrical engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, completing their studies in 1993.
