Steven Chen

Steven Chen is currently the Director of Technical Accounting at RTX, a position held since 2024. They previously worked at United Central Bank as a Credit Analyst from 2006 to 2007. Steven's extensive experience at Raytheon spanned multiple roles, including Manager II, Manager III, and Associate Accounting Director within Financial Analysis and Technical Accounting from 2014 to 2022. They earned a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from The University of Texas at Dallas between 2007 and 2008.
