Steven Doucette

Steven Doucette is an expert in Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance, with over thirty years of experience in various assignments from combatant command levels to strategic intelligence studies. They served as the Deputy Director of ISR for the United States Air Forces in Europe - Air Forces Africa from 2019 to 2023 and held the position of Chief of Staff at Twenty-Fifth Air Force from 2014 to 2019. Steven was the first civilian to serve as the J2 for Joint Task Force - Israel and currently leads NATO’s Joint Capabilities Group on ISR while working as an Associate Director at Raytheon Technologies. They studied at Harvard University from 2018 to 2019.
