Steven Lam is currently a Principal System Engineer at RTX, having transitioned from roles at Northrop Grumman, where they served as a Senior Principal Software Engineer, among other positions, from 2021 to 2025. Prior experience includes a Software Engineering Intern and Software Engineer at Raytheon, as well as internships and early roles in various tech and customer service capacities. Steven earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from California State University-Long Beach and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology. Additionally, they are the owner of Slam Tech Solutions.
