Susan Haeseler

Susan Haeseler is an experienced professional with a robust background in contract management and business development. Currently serving as Sr. Director at RTX since April 2020, Susan oversees the enterprise business model and strategies for contract vehicles, generating significant revenue through outreach and training initiatives. Prior to this role, Susan held various positions at Raytheon from 1997 to 2020, including Director of the IDIQ Service Center and Sr. Contracts Manager, where responsibilities included managing multiple IDIQs and GSA Schedules. Earlier experience includes roles as Sr. Contracts Manager at RJO and University Research Corp, and Contracts Manager at Versar. Susan holds a BA in International Economics, French, and Business from Valparaiso University.
