Sylvia Fuller

Sylvia Fuller is a dynamic and agile HR leader with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as a Senior Director of People Services at RTX, they have previously held various HR roles at Collins Aerospace, including Human Resources Manager and Associate Director. Sylvia began their career in HR at Saint Francis Care, contributing as a Staffing Associate and Compensation Analyst. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Connecticut and a Master's degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University, along with a certification in Human Resources from the University of Saint Joseph.
