Ted Newell

Ted Newell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and systems engineering, currently serving as Director of Program Management at Raytheon Technologies since May 2020, overseeing the GPS OCX program. Prior to this role, Ted held various positions at Raytheon, including Senior Program Manager and Senior Capture Manager, where responsibilities included program execution and business growth within the Global Intelligence Solutions mission area. With additional experience at The SI Organization, Lockheed Martin, Harris Corporation, and Raytheon in systems engineering and management roles, Ted has demonstrated a strong ability to lead complex projects and initiatives in defense and aerospace sectors. Ted holds a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
