Ted Perrault has extensive legal experience primarily in the aerospace and defense sectors, having held several senior positions at RTX, United Technologies, Pratt & Whitney, and Sikorsky Aircraft. At RTX from April 2020 to August 2023, Ted served as Corp. Vice President, Corporate Secretary & Associate General Counsel, and previously as Corp. Vice President, Contracts; General Counsel, Global Legal Affairs & Global Government Relations. While at United Technologies from April 2019 to April 2020, Ted played a key role in the merger with Raytheon Company and the separation of Carrier and Otis, focusing on securities law and corporate governance. Ted's earlier roles include Vice President & General Counsel for Military Engines at Pratt & Whitney and Associate General Counsel at United Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed legal leadership across various operations, contracts, mergers, and compliance.
