Thomas Espinosa

Thomas (Tom) Espinosa is a Continuous Improvement Specialist at Raytheon Technologies since July 2016, bringing extensive experience in logistical management, particularly from the U.S. Marine Corps, where responsibilities included managing repairs of naval aircraft and equipment as a Maintenance Material Control Officer. In previous roles, Thomas served as an Officer Selection Assistant, focusing on budget management and sales, as well as an instructor in the Marine Corps enlisted ranks, where curriculum development and instructional techniques were key responsibilities. Thomas holds a Master of Arts in Management from the University of Redlands and a Master of Science in Human Performance Improvement from the University of Arkansas Grantham, along with additional certifications in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
