Thomas LeBaron

Thomas LeBaron is currently the Associate Director, Collaboration & Data Services Lead at RTX, where they focus on secure digital workplace transformations and enterprise collaboration. Previously, Thomas served as the Security Director at Raytheon BBN Technologies, overseeing government security, and held multiple roles at the Defense Security Service, including Cybersecurity Curriculum Manager. Thomas possesses a strong educational background with a Bachelor's degree and multiple Master's degrees in Computer and Information Systems Security from Capella University. Additionally, they are pursuing a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
