Thomas Stephens

Thomas Stephens is an accomplished professional in the field of engineering and technology with extensive experience, primarily at Raytheon Technologies. Currently serving as the Digital Engineering Transformation Lead since April 2022, Thomas coordinates the development of corporate digital engineering strategies across four business units. Previously, Thomas held various leadership roles at Raytheon, including Director of Cyber Security and Director of Hardware and Infrastructure, where significant contributions included transforming engineering initiatives and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity requirements. Thomas’s career also includes impactful positions in systems engineering and management at Northrop Grumman and significant engagement with educational institutions as part of the Industrial Advisory Board for the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at IUPUI. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Evansville.
