Tim Lorden

Tim Lorden is currently the Director of Business Development at Mercury Systems and has held the position of Associate Director at Raytheon Technologies since 2018. They previously empowered over 400 global employees as the Chief of Staff to the CEO at Raytheon International, successfully capturing $1.5 billion in new business while managing a $4.5 million P&L within a $2.4 billion operation. Tim began their career as an Operations Officer in the U.S. Air Force, where they directed maintenance and logistics for combat aircraft. They hold an MBA from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Air Force Academy.
