Tom Dougherty

Tom Dougherty, CPA, CFE, serves as the Associate Director of Internal Audit at RTX since 2015. Prior to this role, Tom managed the internal audit department at Gerdau Ameristeel from 2009 to 2014, creating audit strategies for a major steel producer. Tom's auditing career began with various roles, including Senior Auditor at Kirkland, Russ, Murphy & Tapp from 1998 to 2000, and included significant positions at MarineMax and CP Ships. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Florida and is currently pursuing further education at the University of Florida.
